As a trained musician and mindfulness teacher, I’ve spent the last decade trying to understand how mindfulness can allow creatives not only to perform better but to become more resilient in facing the challenges presented on the creative path.

When we shift from struggling against present reality to curious inquiry into its feeling tone/mental landscape, we practice the simple power of mindfulness.
